Meeting point
We will meet you in front of Fenix Hotel, 8, next to Marquis of Pombal (Marquês de Pombal) at 8:00 (Please be there at least 10 minutes before to avoid delays).
PENA PALACE
First stop
Visit Pena National Palace on the top of Sintra’s Mountain, one of the most impressive expressions of 19th-century Romanticism in architecture in the world and one of Portugal’s seven wonders, and the amazing gardens full of rare fauna and unique trees from the four corners of the world. You will find a Palace not just with a single style but a mix of Romantic, Renaissance, Manueline and Moorish styles. A variety of trails that lead you right to the top where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the peaceful forests and gardens covered by exotic plants and flowers, the western coastline and the city of Lisbon below.
The Pena Palace was designated a National Monument in 1910 and its part of the Cultural Landscape of Sintra, which has been classified by UNESCO as World Heritage since 1995.

HISTORICAL SINTRA
Admire Sintra Village Historical Center where you’ll have free time to explore the town, to see Sintra National Palace from the outside, the charming traditional shops, restaurants and historic cafes but above all the landscape that has inspired so many artists, writers and kings; or even visit the amazing and mystical Quinta da Regaleira.
Don’t forget to taste the traditional “Travesseiros de Sintra” and “Queijadas de Sintra”, two of the most delicious local pastries.
Take a walk along the medieval streets of Sintra one of the most known and romantic Portuguese villages. Due to its palaces, woods and the fogy mountains, Sintra has become a magical place.

ROCA CAPE ( CABO DA ROCA)
Westernmost point of Continental Europe
Drive through one of the most beautiful roads of Sintra straight to Roca Cape, the westernmost point of Continental Europe, where you’ll be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean crashing against the high rocky cliffs, an absolute paradise for photography lovers.

GUINCHO BEACH (PRAIA DO GUINCHO)
Part of the Sintra- Cascais Natural Park.
On the way to Cascais we will pass by a beautiful beach, part of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Guincho Beach is popular for its strong winds and high swells that are the delight of a great following among bodyboarders and surfers. Throughout summer, there is generally a good northerly wind ensuring Guincho is excellent for windsurfing. Part of the Guincho beach great beauty is its natural white sand dunes that contrasts with the Serra de Sintra hills.
CASCAIS
Time to relax
Once a small pour fishermen village, this town in the 19th century was one of the favorite retreats for the royal family, and became a favorite summer destination of the European aristocracy and noble families for its incredible location and a pleasant climate.
Known as the French Riviera, this elegant seaside resort town is now the favorite destination of the national and international jet set.
Stroll along the charming city center and enjoy the lovely Cascais bay.

ESTORIL
Drive trough…
Right next to Cascais we will drive trough Estoril, also a luxury tourist destination, known for having been home to numerous royal families and famous personalities, and popular because of the “Casino Estoril”, considered Europe’s largest casino.
LISBON
End of the tour…
After your free exploration time in Cascais, relax back on board our air-conditioned minivan, and admire more breathtaking views along the coast as we make our way back to Lisbon.
